Beautiful teeth immediately placed on the newly placed implants, without waiting the usual 2-3 months that is required for the integration of the implants, a very inconvenient option for the patient, who would have an empty space (or more) in his smile or would need a removable denture (partial or complete). Practically this means, that after the placement of the implant (or implants), which could have been placed immediately after the tooth extraction (see Immediate Implant Placement), the fabrication and placement of a provisional (temporary) tooth follows, which is fixed on the implant usually the same day or within 1-2 days after the implant placement.
